Quartet apologises for current delays in fulfilling orders. We would normally dispatch orders direct from our office but due to the Coronavirus pandemic our offices are currently closed. We will, therefore, be sending most orders from our UK distributor, NBN International Ltd, and the documentation will be in their name. The pandemic has put a strain on both our distributors and the postal system and as a result, it’s often taking up to 7-10 days for orders to be fulfilled. We have temporarily suspended overseas deliveries due to problems with certain postal services which are beyond our control.
